You may return or exchange any item you have purchased through the Bone & Bowtie website within 30 days after the products are received. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of goods purchased on other websites, in physical stores, or goods from countries where we do not ship merchandise directly.

Please note that we inspect all returned merchandise to make sure it is in the same condition as sold. We will then reach out to exchange the goods or issue a refund to the original credit card or the bank account used for the original purchase.
